Yarnton Nurseries require a Till Supervisor to join their Customer Services team

34 Hours per week to include Alternate weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for serving customers in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner
• Supervising till operators
• Ensuring that till operators take sufficient breaks in a timely manner
• Training Till Assistants in the operation of the tills
• Performing regular assessments of Till Assistant’s performance and retraining as necessary
• Operating tills in an efficient manner additional cover when required
• The Shop team work as a team and as such you must maintain a high level of team involvement and support
• Must be prepared to work on a flexible rota basis which will include Public and Bank Holidays
• To ensure that working with your team members you provide the highest level of customer service


Position Requirements:

• Good customer service skills with previous experience in dealing with customer issues preferred
• The ability to communicate well and able to converse with people at all levels
• Must be a good team player and work well as part of a small team
• Must be willing to participate in Development training programmes
• Must be prepared to multi-skill and support own team members and other departments as and when required

Customer Service Representatives

3 & 4 days to include some evenings & weekends. Starting at £7.50 per hour

Yarnton Nurseries require 2X Part-Time Customer Service Representatives to join their Customer Services team



Responsibilities:

• Ensure a level of cleanliness & safety standards are maintained to include, hovering and sweeping the shop floor, emptying the bins, cleaning toilet areas, stocking up toilet rolls & hand soap.
• Perform specialised cleaning tasks
• Assist in collecting trolleys, loading compost & shopping for customers as required
• Removing pallets, cardboard & packaging from shop floor
• Clearing areas within the garden centre, storing or disposing of to the designated areas advised
• Maintenance tasks such as painting, renovations or basic repair work
• Must be prepared to work on a flexible rota basis which will include Public and Bank Holidays
• To provide such feedback to the Customer Services Manager and the rest of the team for discussion
